Elevation AI Solutions provides done-for-you AI automation systems for HVAC and home service contractors, including but not limited to: automated SMS follow-up, missed call response systems, review generation campaigns, customer reactivation workflows, and CRM dashboard setup delivered via GoHighLevel.
Our services are offered on a monthly subscription basis. Subscriptions begin on the date of your first payment and renew automatically each month until cancelled.
You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months.
Upon subscribing, we will contact you within 1 business day to begin onboarding. Your automation system will be fully set up and live within 48 hours of completing onboarding. You agree to provide accurate business information necessary for setup.
Our services involve sending automated SMS messages on your behalf to your customers. You are responsible for ensuring you have obtained proper consent from your customers to receive SMS communications in compliance with applicable laws including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA). We will provide guidance on compliant opt-in practices.

The automation workflows, templates, and systems we build for you are licensed to you for use during your active subscription. Upon cancellation, access to GoHighLevel-hosted assets may be revoked. All proprietary templates and workflows remain the intellectual property of Elevation AI Solutions.
Elevation AI Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.
Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific business results, revenue increases, or lead conversion rates. Results vary based on your business, market, and other factors outside our control.
Either party may terminate the service relationship at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Champaign County, Illinois.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
